The Human Resources Ministry exists to identify skilled and qualified people to serve the church in paid positions. They develop and maintain both the general personnel policies and procedures for the Church and a set of guidelines for Church employees. They also prepare and maintain job descriptions and evaluation instruments for all paid staff positions.
